I had a business coach who advised me to write articles. I wrote 20 articles (one per week) and posted them with eye catching pictures. I have over 5,000 connections, but I have never had more than about 3-5 people at a time "liking" or visiting my page. I cannot even imagine having 200 visits. What gives?

posts on LinkedIn are not a function of quantity but relevance. Better to do few but well constructed and targeted posts. Ultimately social media are not a selling or recruiting platform. goal is to become an influencer on the platform that people want to follow to drive traffic to your real selling platform, that is your web site! you need to adapt your langage style and purpose to align to the unique style of each social media platform. LinkedIn is a professional networking group for people who want to learn, not to be entertained like on tik tok or Instagram. So preferable to be educational on LinkedIn.
